Users and their customers are expected to use the platform in a lawful manner and in strict accordance with these terms. They hold the responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Privacy

ProactiveCRM.io places a high emphasis on user privacy. Users are required to have their own privacy policy for their customers, ensuring it offers protection at least equivalent to what ProactiveCRM.io provides.

7. Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized access or breach should be promptly reported to ProactiveCRM.io.

8. Platform Responsibilities

ProactiveCRM.io serves only as a platform provider and does not send or deliver communications on behalf of users. It's the user's responsibility to ensure their communications adhere to laws such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform might integrate third-party services. ProactiveCRM.io disclaims responsibility for any issues or discrepancies arising from these third-party services.

10. Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in certain behaviors, termed as "Prohibited Uses". Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or termination.

11. Fees and Payments

Users are accountable for all fees associated with the platform. It's important to note that some fees are non-cancellable and may require minimum commitments.
